About AlphaBatem
AlphaBatem is the culmination of over ten years of work, and experience with next-generation technologies at scale, along with more than six years of industry and enterprise research in Augmented Reality (AR), Spatial Computing (SC) and Machine Learning (ML). It is the fruition of a life-long dream to bring software and architectural technologies from science fiction to reality, make what was previously thought to be impossible, and make them possible.
Our team has been building the underlying technology for large-scale AR and real-time gamification of the existing space for many years with the goal of replicating the AR scene from Iron Man 2 (Reference). This development culminated in the "Oasis Engine", which allows users to operate in a latent space regardless of technology (AR/VR/2D/3D) and provide a consistent multiplayer experience to all users. Additionally, the entirety of AlphaBatem is built on top of our spatial computing core, allowing persistent AR and spatial/location-based experiences.

This brings us to Solana. Although early in development, it shows promise of <400ms block, times allowing a somewhat fluid game engine to be possible, paired with randomness to generate exciting and engaging experiences. This could be done without "randomness”; however, this would hamper the feasibility of "engaging interactions". As humans, we have always been drawn to the unknown randomness of life.
"Time" is the most limited resource in existence for each individual. However, one's "time" spent within a platform is rarely compensated, and instead, their value is determined by how much they spend instead of how long they engage. Therefore, a decentralised marketplace and advertising platform which rewards users' "time" will reward users for their most precious, definite, unrecoverable resource – their “time”.

This tool takes the output of an NFT, including the associated metadata, and imports them into a virtual model within AlphaBatem. The NFT Import process will eventually be run within ICP and FileCoin/IPFS to ensure all imported models are always accessible to the user.
The AlphaBatem importer utilises cross-chain tracker tokens to manage the ownership of an external asset. Tracker NFT’s utilise AlphaBatem Oracles & Chain-data to ensure any transfer events are reflected on the tracker NFT. In the event of the resultant wallet not being available, tracker tokens can be claimed by the corresponding owner at any time through their AlphaBatem profile.
Users wishing to move their NFT cross-chain are able to “Migrate” their NFT from one chain to another (locking the original NFT until the reverse transfer is completed). The difference between a Migration and Tracker functionality is that tracker NFT’s remain on their own chain and follow the upstream ownership flow. Whereas Migration NFT’s are the physical NFT itself being moved cross-chain.
The number of metaverses is growing exponentially. However , the underlying architecture remains unsophisticated, meaning there is little consideration of how they may capitalise on this metaverse at the point of inception. This includes implementing programmatic advertising, attracting businesses to advertise in a simple to use format, geospatial location technologies, or implementing AR or VR into their systems. The AlphaBatem Oasis encompasses all metaverses utilizing the Alphabatem platform providing a common environment for users across all metaverses to meet and discover other metaverses.
Every Metaverse that joins AlphaBatem will be its own Oasis within the network. Using real-time WebSocke technology, guests can cross-interact with users at other Oases without leaving the system. High throughput AR today has significantly raised the limit of AlphaBatem's potential. With AR's lowered cost and availability, AlphaBatem will merge our existing grid-based implementation of a metaverse with the physical world. As a result, we can overlay any existing metaverse onto the real world. At the same time, any NFTs or virtual assets can be embedded within the virtual world to reach a wider audience. AlphaBatem is built on the Solana blockchain allowing it to achieve low transaction latency of up to 50,000 transactions per second with block completion time of 400ms, and negligible fees per transaction. The Solana network roadmap envisions 1m TPS and 150ms block times and we believe this performance will provide our ecosystem with the necessary base and layers required from which to build the AlphaBatem metaverse. With the invention of ICP, blockchain technology is slowly evolving to allow for more complex workloads to be run on-chain in a decentralised manner. AlphaBatem's Oasis has been designed to be compatible with the ICP protocol and will adopt it as the main runtime upon the maturity of the required components. This will further decentralise the AlphaBatem platform by ensuring all logic is computed on-chain.
On chains where native VRF is not available, ChainLink's Oracle VRF mechanisms are used in place to ensure full transparency on random number generation.

AlphaBatem's Augmented Reality Fabric provides 2-way data streams. This means physical actions and movements are replicated within the virtual environment and vice-versa. Furthermore, Augmented Reality wearables can be enabled through the AlphaBatem fabric allowing users to visualise their NFT wearables or have their favourite crypto kitty follow them within their Oasis.
AlphaBatem provides complete technical support to our partners to assist with integration. This includes our expertise and resource allocation to facilitate rendering our partners' Metaverse onto the physical world. As this process requires the creation of an AlphaBatem oasis, execution by our engineers will also accelerate the implementation process and reduce go-to-market time.
Mapping an Oasis to physical locations in AR will enable the gamification of commercial spaces through minigames and vouchers and improve user experience through automation and augmented reality overlays. In addition, vast opportunities exist within Geo Based Events and NFT locations (e.g. Pokemon Go).
Users can equip and show off their NFT items on their physical representations via AR "Selfies" along with viewing other users and their wearables.
Users can also view how a physical item would look when worn, provided the appropriate 3D model is imported in the owner's shop. This allows for a lifelike retail shopping experience within the Metaverse.
AlphaBatems spatial and AR processing platform allows for enhanced multiplayer interaction within an AR environment by reducing the processing consumption required for localisation across many devices via our spatial grid and hardware devices.
AlphaBatem is developing a low-cost interactive AR device that enhances the experience by aggregating the computation and information available within the location.
Utilising a combination of Lidar, Machine Learning, and localised mesh computing allows for a low latency persistent view of a given location. This data is then used within the AR platform to enhance location and object tracking while providing additional occlusion metrics.
Devices can be meshed to provide modular, extensible compute power for AR experiences, providing improved tracking accuracy and performance in high-traffic environments. This also provides locational aware data streams to enable further automation and allows the use of Augmented RealityAR Wearables in a persistent fashion.
AlphaBatem's marketplace can be used to buy or sell any AlphaBatem or community-created content either in mystery box or item form. Alternatively, guests can also visit the Oasis of a physical marketplace to either browse the items for sale or list them for sale.
Upon completing metaverse creation (Oasis), a localised NFT marketplace is spawned for the metaverse owner and configured to allow the owner to upload and sell their own NFT's. Metaverse owners can control various aspects of the marketplace such as royalties, resales, item types etc. In addition, owners can adjust the styling of the marketplace to ensure brand alignment.

John was also an original beta-tester with Oculus and spends a lot of his free time immersing himself in everything XR and Blockchain.

Nick is a digital marketing specialist and entrepreneur, with many years of experience in the digital marketing space covering multiple enterprise e-commerce stores and web platforms including cryptocurrency and blockchain investments.

Francis is also CEO of Lavender Capital, a VC fund that incubates crypto, gamefi and metaverse projects and CFO of Roseon Finance, a mobile digital asset aggregator, wallet, swap and launchpad application. Francis is a seasoned banking and financial services professional with over 25 years experience and brings a broad array of industry and leadership experience. Francis was previously Deputy CEO with HSBC in Macau and has also served as Director in HSBC Vietnam and has held a number of senior roles in Canada, Hong Kong, Macau and Vietnam with the global bank.

Acquiring Land. Users can create an Oasis of any desired size by purchasing land tiles. To ensure a smooth multiplayer experience for everyone in the Oasis, AlphaBatem utilises intelligent chunking of network traffic and scales out, using the ICP network to provide additional compute resources where required.
Creating a MMO Virtual Oasis Users can create a virtual oasis and decorate it by importing existing NFTs or buying/finding AlphaBatem NFT's

NFT Boxes
Mystery Boxes can be found randomly throughout a player's adventure based on participation in activities. Boxes can be sold to other players or stored in an Oasis freely by the player, allowing for a true "play to earn" ecosystem.
AlphaBatem will introduce a limited quantity of Mystery Boxes with unique items for each theme of land. Once the supply of Mystery Boxes has been depleted, those items will become unobtainable with a set rarity and quantity based on the circulating supply of that item. Equally, players can choose to store the crate itself, and it will not generate its unique item until it is opened.
Each crate requires $ABTM or TIME to open based on the type of crate; each time a player opens a crate, they will receive an NFT item ranging from Common to Unique. All items generated can be placed within a player's Oasis or sold either in a user's shop or on the marketplace for $ABTM.

Users can trade or swap any existing NFT with other users via p2p smart contracts. Users can agree on prices and parameters within the game before signing and accepting the transaction through their connected wallet. All transfers are updated in real-time within the AlphaBatem ecosystem giving you access to the Item or NFT instantly once verified on-chain.
In-oasis P2P gaming is enabled via smart contracts; these smart contracts can be triggered within the game by interacting with other players or objects in an oasis. AIn addition, all results and status of the smart contract are shown visually to the user to provide a more immersive experience.
AlphaBatem NFT items equipped with smart contract functionality allow users to host and run their interactive games or events within their own Oasis.
Within AlphaBatem users can customise & decorate their oasis with various NFT items they have purchased, all other items within the AlphaBatem universe are generated. AlphaBatem's marketplace can be used to buy or sell any AlphaBatem or Community created content either in mystery box or item form. Players can either visit a physical marketplace oasis to browse the items for sale or simply list their item for sale through the item post.
Within the hub of AlphaBatem users are able to rent space to setup their own shop to sell NFT’s or AlphaBatem items, just like a normal oasis, users will be able to design their own store & storefront to attract customers.
Other metaverse projects that have integrated with the AlphaBatem SDK will be able to create Pylon jump points within the oasis to allow quick navigation between the central oasis and user-created oasis.
In the future users will be able to create shop-fronts and link to an oasis containing items bound to the physical world, not just virtual. Oasis hosts will be able to import and display items within their oasis that link back to physical items that can be purchased in-game or on-chain and then be delivered by the oasis owner.
AlphaBatem will offer SDK & API support to provide this functionality via Oracle integrations to Stripe or other payment providers.
Time is the most restricted resource available to anyone.

AlphaBatem Land is an area of tiles within the AlphaBatem universe that can be obtained and built on. Land comes in varying sizes, dimensions and locations. AlphaBatem's unique design offers players the flexibility of settling wherever they choose. As the base oasis expands, more land will become available to be built on.
The NFT Marketplace and ecosystem allows developers, games, and users to tap into AlphaBatem and access lucrative earning opportunities. Oases are tokenised virtual real estate assets that come in various styles, locations, themes and dimensions. Owners are free to place any items in their Oasis and can import their ownNFTs using the NFT importer.
All users within AlphaBatem can access and create an Oasis of a set size. These apartments are themed based on the location of the apartment chosen. Access to other locations is unlocked via reaching specific level thresholds within tower battles.
Within AlphaBatem, a "Block" represents a single cuboid tile within an Oasis of a given size. Blocks are the base unit used when importing NFT assets to ensure they are correctly sized and imported into the platform. These blocks also act as a spatial validator for any imported models within the Oasis with a finite number of blocks.
Mystery Boxes provide a wide array of NFT items to kit out users’ virtual oasis. These include the micro assets, enhanced NFTs, and other themed or limited edition assets that become available.
Users will have the opportunity to obtain rare AlphaBatem NFT assets from limited-time NFT Loot Boxes via the AlphaBatem Lootbox lucky draw, only accessible to token holders in-game. Loot Boxes can be opened enabling Play-to-Earn or exchanged for ABTM tokens.
AlphaBatem items and wearable collections allow the user to equip the items in-game and Augmented Reality.

The AlphaBatem Map is a 424x424 grid of land tiles, ranging from -212 to 212 with the tiles ranging from -10 to 10 belonging to AlphaBatem and acting as a central city. By purchasing a land tile a user is entitled to build a building and utilise the AlphaBatem Oasis services along with a variety of other benefits listed below;

All AlphaBatem Oases can be visualised in VR. The underlying spatial grid ensures a consistent experience across the Metaverse within the galaxy and ensures scaling is correct when viewing from a VR headset.
Enhance existing 3D models via enabling the use of Hand and Position tracking. On compatible VRM models, users can freely control their character's arms based on the position of their controllers. Hand tracking provides an intuitive way for users to navigate menus and interact with the world just like they do in the real world. AlphaBatem SDK's and API's allow easy access to this data stream and simple integration into existing compatible sprites.
AlphaBatem provides an advertising platform allowing traditional advertisers to access advertising opportunities within different Metaverses or games.
AlphaBatem will bridge the gap between traditional advertising platforms by building enterprise-grade integrations into existing advertising platforms, along with a decentralised advertising platform allowing Metaverse partners to benefit from a greater variety of advertising and partnership opportunities. In addition, our teams' extensive experience with programmatic, granular advertising has allowed us to develop a system that rewards users or their “time” a “engagement” within Metaverses built using our infrastructure.
AlphaBatems platform aggregates and monitors on-chain activity to build up in-depth relational analytics around the movement of tokens and NFT's across networks providing unparalleled insight into the network operators and their users.
By utilising cross-chain data and analytics, AlphaBatem can build in-depth profiles around a user's movement and preferences across the blockchain ecosystem and provide output in highly targeted granular advertising and analytics.
