The AlphaBatem team comprises highly experienced start-up and enterprise veterans and an engineering team with an extensive history of successful large scale product delivery on distributed networks. The AlphaBatem team is passionate about Gamefi, NFT and metaverses with strong emerging technology experience (AR, VR, blockchain and spatial computing) to deliver.

Scott has over 15 years of enterprise development experience focused on large-scale globally distributed systems. He was the former CTO and VP of Engineering at a global tech firm managing over 300 developers. Scott is also the inventor and architect of multiple augmented reality and machine learning applications used in many cities around the world and has been focused on AR since 2017 with a focus on blockchain technology integration.

John is a proven operations leader with a passion for new and emerging technology. He has built and led high performing teams for multiple Fortune 500 companies spanning financial, technology and advertising sectors mainly in Canada, United States of America and Latin America. John was also an original beta-tester with Oculus and spends a lot of his free time immersing himself in everything XR and Blockchain.

Nick is a digital marketing specialist and entrepreneur, with many years of experience in the digital marketing space covering multiple enterprise e-commerce stores and web platforms including cryptocurrency and blockchain investments.

Mr. Francis So is Chief Financial Officer. Francis is also CEO of Lavender Capital, a VC fund that incubates crypto, gamefi and metaverse projects and CFO of Roseon Finance, a mobile digital asset aggregator, wallet, swap and launchpad application. Francis is a seasoned banking and financial services professional with over 25 years experience and brings a broad array of industry and leadership experience. Francis was previously Deputy CEO with HSBC in Macau and has also served as Director in HSBC Vietnam and has held a number of senior roles in Canada, Hong Kong, Macau and Vietnam with the global bank.
